(a) The company checks all articles thoroughly at its end before dispatching it. As such, the company will not entertain any claim for pilferage/damaged products/soiled products unless it is supported by video evidence as explained in the Shipping Policy. (b) The company will not be liable for refund/replacement if the packet is shown as delivered by the service provider (courier/speed post/ parcel etc.) and the customer denies having received it. In such cases, the company can only forward the complaint of the customer to the service provider in good faith. (c) Tracking number as obtained from the service provider (courier/speed post/parcel etc.) will be made available to the customer in his/her shopping account on request. (d) All customers are expected to go through company policies related to orders i.e. Cancellations, Return Policy and Shipping Policy for the purpose of clarity. (e) No claim for refund/replacement or exchange will be entertained by the company if the customer does not follow due procedures as laid down in company policies.
