Return Policy

MyFabKart's 30 day return policy gives you an option to return products purchased on MyFabKart for any reason.

The return process is explained as follows:

1.Raise return: You are required to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the article(s) to the shipping address provided by you. You can do so by logging in to your account and going to 'My Orders' section. On raising the return request, you will be provided a return ID for your request. You can also raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the item to the shipping address provided by you by sending a return request e-mail to support@myfabkart.com.

2.Ship: You are required to ship the article(s) to be returned within a time period of 30 days from the date of delivery to the address of dispatch only if you have raised the return request within 7 days of delivery of the article(s) to you.

You are also required to share with us a scanned copy of the courier/speed post/parcel receipt (clearly showing all the details like name of service, charges, tracking number etc.) by e-mailing us the same to support@myfabkart.com. Also, please mention order number and return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet you ship to us.

If the article(s) to be returned is/are shipped by you any time after the 30 days time period provided for the purpose, your return will be invalidated automatically and the said article(s) would be reshipped to you at your cost and the order would be deemed completed.

3.Inspection: Once we receive the item to be returned from you, our team will process your return. The item shipped by you for the purpose of return will be inspected for the following conditions :

  • Correct product – name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  • Complete product – all the in-box-contents like accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
  • Unused product – the returned item should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains in its original condition and with the tags intact.
  • Undamaged packaging – product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

4.Validation & refund: Refund will be initiated after the item has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check as per Step 3 above. Refund is made for the cost of the returned article(s) after deducting the purchase points already distributed on the returned article(s) and admin charges as follows.

  • INR 300 for order value up to INR 5,000 &
  • INR 500 for order value above INR 5,000

Your refund will reflect in your bank account within a time period of two working days once it has been initiated.

If the returned item does not pass the inpection, it would be reshipped to you and the order would be deemed completed and marked as such in your MyFabKart account.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.
